A new heart, received through a successful transplant, isn't guaranteed immunity from disease.
Even though it's better than the last one, it's still susceptible to illness & impairment.
In fact, through simple neglect, it can reduce the quality of living for the recipient to such a degree
that the new life begins to feel a lot like the old one did.
As true in the physical realm as it is in the spiritual, some Christians are on the verge of cardiac arrest.
What do you think compromises your joy more than anything? Your boss? Homework? Your bills, your spouse, or your church?
Things like that are what the majority of the unbelieving world blames for their unhappiness.
That might be why they constantly think they need a new job, another college major, more money, a different spouse, or a better church.
The Apostle John, however, doesn't agree with any of that...

Millions of Christians from all over the world trust that Jesus died for their sins.
They hold the belief that Christ's sacrifice satisfied God's wrath, cancelled their spiritual debt, and reconciled them to God once and for all. Furthermore, these Christians understand that Jesus rose again from the dead and, at present, occupies a place beside God Himself,
affirming our righteousness before Him, even when we sin.
Christians everywhere insist that their salvation has been entirely secured, and is fully maintained, by Jesus Christ alone.
And, in spite of it all, Christians from all over the world are trying to do His job for themselves.
Can you imagine what it would be like to live with the constant uncertainty of where your next meal would come from?
Not knowing if you'd be arrested for your beliefs? Or unsure of whether you'd make it through the night alive?
No one would deliberately choose to live under that kind of pressure, yet many are, whether they like it or not.
Now can you imagine what it would be like to live with the constant uncertainty of where you'll go when you die?
Not knowing if your sins have actually been forgiven? Or unsure of whether you're even a Christian at all?
Believers all over the world are living with that kind of crippling anxiety, not realizing that they don't have to.
Love & Hate are strong words, strong emotions, and strong indications of a person's spiritual condition.
Neither sentiment is appropriate in every situation, but everybody, including God Himself, employs the use of both.
Sometimes, Love is more favorable than Hate. At other times, Hate is preferrable to Love.

In this study, we learn what to Love, what to Hate, and why it's dangerous to let your emotions make that decision for you.
Loyalty is a fence that no one gets to straddle.
When Jesus announced in Matthew 12:30 that all men & women are “either with Him or against Him”,
He turned allegiance into an either/or issue...You still cannot serve two masters, even if one of them is you.
It’s impossible to honor Jesus without humiliating yourself, and it’s impossible to honor yourself w/o disgracing Jesus.
In this study we learn that being "antichrist" simply means being pro-self.
The whole human race is divided into 2 groups: Children of God, and the children of the devil.
Every child of God “practices righteousness”. Obedience for them is habitual. Virtue runs in the family.
Their desires, choices, & actions are predictably good. Sin is more of a surprise than anything.
But the children of the devil do the very opposite.
The Apostle John brings this to the church's attention, because children from both families can be found there.
Which family do you belong to?
We are living in a day & age that is largely characterized by love.
Perhaps more than at any other point in human history, love has become the single most influential force in the entire world.
We are a generation dominated by love, and yet, for all the love we have, people today are perhaps more miserable & degenerate than ever before.
Is the love that's shaping our modern world TRUE love, or is it a mere counterfeit?
What does true love look like? Especially in a world like ours where it's seldom found?

Even demons know that men are saved through faith in Christ.
To keep that from happening, they flood the Christian market with religious phonies who diligently pollute the truth.
They deceieve anyone they can with their pseudo-Christian doctines & practices.

Having become the target of their ongoing evangelistic quest, you've probably heard their names.
You may have met some of them. Perhaps you've already been seduced by their message.

Do you know who they are, or do you just believe everything you're told?

People all over the world are getting sick. It's turned into a global pandemic, and it's growing worse every single day.

Christians are the only people on the planet who have the cure, but few are willing to share it.

Christians have long been accused of looking & acting no different than the unbelieving world, but that needn't be the case any longer.
Now is the time for Christian faith to prove itself. Global panic has a way of differentiating a sheep from a goat.

Will you stand firm in the truth of Christ as the world around you crumbles?
Or will you be overcome by the world?
A lot of people technically LOVE God, but they don't really LIKE Him.
Such a relationship may be acceptable, but it's certainly not ideal.

God wants more from His relationship with you than a cold and careless "love".
Do you want more from your relationship with Him?
Some Christians love God best when other people are watching.
But what happens when no one's around to see you?
Do you still obey God, even when you're at home alone?
Be careful out there...The world is a dangerous place for Christians.
Truth be told, the church is usually no less dangerous...Be careful in there.
