Childrens Ministries

The childrens ministries at Believers City Church offer opportunities for all ages. We begin with young children all the way through high school.

Mission Statement:

Believers City Church seeks to enrich what parents are already teaching their children about God at home so they can come to know and love Jesus and grow in a relationship with Him. To accomplish this, we seek...

…to meet children at their level of development

…to help them learn the truth of God's Word so they can trust it completely

...to equip our teachers, assistants, and mentors with the tools and support they need to minister effectively

Youth Opportunities

Believers City Church has a heart to see the building up and flourishing of young people. We desire to see youth not only succeed at being good and well-mannered people but, even more so, to see them passionately follow after God and live for Him. We want to see them leave behind the status-quo teen lifestyle to go after the life and mission God has specifically created them for; to lead radical lives for the Kingdom because of their great love for their Savior.

These opportunities are open to teens of Covenant Members and non-members (providing there is a consistent church attendance by the youth and a parent). Our desire is to open opportunities for youth to make friends with mature college-age disciples. Our hope is that relationships and participation with such people will bring salvation, inspiration, development, and discipleship; to aide a youth along the road of a dynamic life in Christ.

Here are three ways to get involved:

1) Youth can ask for a mentor. The youth individual must be desiring this themselves. If accepted, they would be paired with someone of the same gender who is a trusted Christian example.

2) Youth can participate in service ministries like Burning Dog Radio, Word on the Street, Creative Ministry, Blind Munchies Coffeehouse and more. If they do, they would be surrounded by a broader cross section of mature believers who can influence them for Jesus.

3) Youth can enroll in the School of Believers. This 2 year class is designed to walk students through the basic foundational teachings of the Bible, as well as covering the broader points of what it means to be a member of a church.

If you are a youth and are interested in moving forward with Christ’s purpose in your life, call the Believers City Church office to make an appointment to talk to someone about it.
