We wanted to update you on how things are going in the coffeehouse.  We have a lot going on! Ryan stepped in as the Manager.  The mobile coffeehouse has seen a lot of traffic since the maiden voyage.  Giving us the opportunity to supply everyone with caffeine and conversation.  Another blessing is that The Blind Munchies has the opportunity to host Streel Level Ministries on Monday nights creating a space where people can get coffee, participate in a conversation and study in a warm place…

Since our last update have also had the opportunity to fund the drilling of a well in rural South Asia, We also featured Burning Dog’s Sweet Beats Latte,

Stop in on Wednesdays and Sundays for a nice cup of hot soup to get back out and brave the cold!

During this time of the coronavirus the coffeehouse has been through some changes, it seems like each week there is something new. It’s cool to see God working & changing the direction of the coffeehouse for this time. From being in our main space downstairs with full service, to now outside in a tricked out vintage camper!

The new Mobile Coffeehouse has been very effective outside, it seems like people can’t help but be curious. We are meeting new people everyday! We have also started a new drink that has been getting attention from the community, we call it the butterfly latte. If you haven’t tried it yet you should, I mean it’s blue so what more could you want?

Along with being outside, the new Mobile Coffeehouse, & new drinks we are continuing to raise funds for overseas missions like well digging in rural India. Please keep this venture in your prayers!

Here’s your update on all things coffeehouse! It has been a great couple of months to be serving the Lord through the coffeehouse! We have been able to give away coffee to students during a study night, work on new bakery items, ideate new menu ideas, added some avenues to give proceeds to non-profit organizations, and been able to continue serving Saturday breakfasts to students and the community.

This past study night we gave away coffee to a lot of students who were preparing for their finals. It was an awesome way to serve students and to get the word out about the coffeehouse and, of course, $2 Saturday Student Breakfasts!

We haven’t only been tinkering with new bakery items, we have also been expanding our daytime menu. Our daytime menu now includes Soup with homemade bread weekdays and new goodies in the cold case like sandwiches! These to-go items have been a hit with students!

Another exciting thing that God is doing is opening up new avenues to donate our proceeds to various ministries. We are on our way to funding a well building in rural South Asia! We are also running a soda special this month to raise support for the mission in David, Kentucky that Street Level participated in last year, so buy some soda this week! We will continue to look for ways to support what God is doing in Menomonie, the USA, & the world!
